Regal Automotive Group Makes the Journey to a Higher Degree Smoother for Polk State Students

Tuesday, June 25, 2013

The generous philanthropists at Regal Automotive Group know that, just as a safe, reliable vehicle helps us through the road’s rough patches, a high quality education often makes the difference between success and failure on the journey of life.

The Campisi family, owners of this 37-year-old company which is the largest automotive dealership in Lakeland, are well-respected in the community not only for their outstanding products and services, but for their devotion to making a meaningful difference. They have been proud supporters of the greater Lakeland community for over 34 years through sponsorships, charities, and volunteer projects. And Polk State College is filled with gratitude that they have been a driving force behind many of the Polk State College Foundation’s fundraisers.

Over the past year, Regal Automotive Group was the title sponsor of the inaugural Joggin’ for the Noggin, a Corporate Sponsor of Wise & Witty Women and Many Magnificent Men, and the title sponsor of Clays for Courts, Kicks & Curveballs.

At a recent Polk State College gathering, Regal Automotive Group was commended for its outstanding generosity and dedication to Polk State College which has fueled the educational journeys of so many students. Polk State warmly welcomed Renee Campisi from Regal Automotive Group, who presented the Polk State College Foundation with a $10,000 commitment.

“My father has always been a big supporter of education, and it’s a cause close to our heart because of him. He made sure that all of his children got a higher education. It’s made a difference in my life, and now that we’re in the community, we definitely tend to gravitate to education as a way to give back,” said Campisi.

Polk State College Foundation is deeply grateful to donors like Regal Automotive Group who are committed to helping students reach their educational destinations!
